RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to return any item from your order within 30 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in new/unused condition and with all tags/labels stil attached. PLEASE NOTE: Underwear is exempted from our regular returns policy, due to the nature of these products. Returns involving underwear will not be accepted if the packaging seal has been broken/opened - irregardless of whether the products have been tried on or not. This is due to hygiene reasons. You will have to cover any shipping charges associated with your return by yourself. You will not be able to seek compensation for any shipping charges associated with your order (including original shipping costs and return shipping costs).
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact email@example.com. Please state your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. We have a US returns address, so you will not be required to ship the items back to the country of origin (Sweden). PLEASE NOTE: If you do not contact us before returning your items to us, you run the risk of not receiving your refund/exchange. Once we have registered your request, we will contact you with further instructions on how to proceed. For exchanges: You can order your new items directly from our website. Customer support is available Monday-Friday and usually responds within 48 hours. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when shipping any items back to us. We do not take any responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during the return shipment. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer any free returns.
