There are several payment options available on our site. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.
Your credit card number is sent by an encrypted connection to your bank.
Your order will be processed within one working day after it has been placed. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including pricing and purchase details.
PRICE, CUSTOMS AND CURRENCIES
The prices you see specified next to are stated in the available currency of your market. They exclude eventual shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout. Our products are distributed from our warehouse outside Stockholm. We do not take responsibility for custom charges outside EU. Bread & Boxers is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.

We do our very best to ensure that you receive your products as fast as possible; usually within 2-5 business days. In the e-mail with your order confirmation you will also find your order number, save this for quick customer service if you should have any problems with your order.

When placing your order, you will be asked to submit some personal data. This information will not be sent to a third party – we do, however, need to provide our distributor with your address so they can deliver your items to you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to return or exchange any items from your order within 30 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in new/unused condition and with all tags/labels stil attached. PLEASE NOTE: Underwear is exempted from our regular returns policy, due to the nature of these products. Returns/Exchanges involving underwear will not be accepted if the packaging seal has been broken/opened - irregardless of whether the products have been tried on or not. This is due to hygiene reasons. You will have to cover any shipping charges associated with your return/exchange by yourself. You will not be able to seek compensation for any shipping charges associated with your order (including original shipping costs and return shipping costs).
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. If you wish to exchange any items from your order, please also state which color + size you’d like instead. We have a US returns address, so you will not be required to ship the items back to the country of origin (Sweden). PLEASE NOTE: If you do not contact us before returning your items to us, you run the risk of not receiving your refund/exchange. Once we have registered your request, we will contact you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return/exchange. Customer support is available Monday-Friday and usually responds within 48 hours. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when shipping any items back to us. We do not take any responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged during the return shipment. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer any free returns.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received a delivery containing faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please contact email@example.com. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged, faulty or incorrect product(s) that you have received. We will do our very best to quickly find a solution for you and also cover any shipping charges associated with returning or replacing a faulty, damaged or incorrect product.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE USE?
To handle your orders and purchases, we require the following information about you; Name, Address, phone number and e-mail, Date of birth (for some payment methods), Payment information and payment history, Information about your order (for ex: order number, product(s), delivery address, and invoice), Information you personally provide during your communication with us. We do in order to complete our transaction with you. The information is saved for 36 months, from the time both delivery and payment have been processed, for the purpose of helping you with potential complaints and returns. In order to customize our marketing for you, showing our products and deals on both our site and those of our partners, we require the following information about you: IP, Data gathered by cookies and the like (For example, on which products you clicked and your shopping history), Order number. We do this with the legal obligation of processing in a way that is necessary to cater to both our and your legitimate interests by marketing our products to you for up to one year after your latest activity on our site.
